Finally, we got our wifi and finally, I managed to work back on post and videos 🙂
This is a quick and super easy recipe for a dessert for Valentine’s day..a speedy and sweet cheesecake!
You just need some granola, some strawberries (or whatever you prefer on it), some little pieces of chocolate, vanilla greek yogurt and two transparent glasses 🙂

Finalmente ci è arrivato internet e finalmente sono tornata operativa 🙂
Oggi vi propongo una velocissima ma dolcissima variazione del cheesecake, magari proprio per il giorno di S. Valentino!
Vi serviranno: del muesli, dello yogurt greco alla vaniglia, delle fragole (o qualsiasi altra cosa vogliate metterci sopra), dei granellini di cioccolato e due bicchieri in vetro trasparente.
Put the granola at the bottom of the glass, the put some yogurt and then simply add some pieces of chocolate.
Mettete il muesli sul fondo del bicchiere in modo da creare la base del vostro simil cheesecake, poi aggiungete lo yogurt e infine, semplicemente, aggiungete i granellini.
Then cut the strawberries and put them on the yogurt. Add some chocolate on the top and…here it is, your speedy cheesecake is ready 🙂
Now you just have to leave it in the fridge for some hours and then you can enjoy it!

Poi tagliate le fragole a pezzetti, mettetele sopra lo yogurt e spolverate il tutto con un po’ di granellini al cacao.
Ora lasciatelo riposare qualche ora in frigo e poi…godetevi il vostro speedy cheesecake 🙂
